Third edition of sqrDAO’s flagship gathering runs as the official Web3 leg of DAVAS 2026, anchored to Vietnam’s newly-operational International Financial Center in Da Nang.

DA NANG, VIETNAM – May 16, 2026 – sqrDAO, the Web3 builder-driven community shaping Vietnam and Southeast Asia’s onchain ecosystem, today opens public registration for Web3 Builders’ Summit: LFBUIDL 2026 (W3BS), its third annual flagship gathering, taking place on Saturday, May 25, 2026 at Risemount Premier Resort in Da Nang. 

W3BS 2026 is co-hosted by DAVAS, with Lisk and DISSC as Strategic Partners. Premium Partners include NEBULUS, Pharos Network, Aquavance, Sky Mavis, Risemount, and the VICI Foundation. The Ecosystem tier brings together Swiss EP, Aptos, Avalanche, Laguna Network, Merch3, Dash, and Bitget Wallet. 

The summit runs as the official Web3 leg of the Danang Venture and Angel Summit (DAVAS 2026), positioning Web3 builders directly inside Vietnam’s flagship venture summit governed by the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang.

Why W3BS 2026 Matters Now

Vietnam’s digital asset ecosystem is entering a structurally new phase. Given the Resolution 05/NQ-CP – establishing the regulatory pilot framework for the crypto-asset market 2026–2030 and the launch of Vietnam’s International Financial Center (VIFC) in Da Nang in December 2025, W3BS 2026 is the first major Web3-native gathering positioned inside this new framework, designed to bring builders, capital, and policy into the same room while institutional infrastructure is still being shaped.

How the Program Is Designed

The May 25 program is built around a single thesis: Vietnam’s next Web3 phase will be won by builders who understand three things at once – policy, technical infrastructure, and capital. The morning anchors on strategy and policy, where founders meet officials shaping Vietnam’s digital asset framework. The afternoon shifts to technical demos and showcases, where the projects building the rails are shown alongside the founders shipping them.

Rather than a single panel-heavy format, W3BS 2026 weaves three discussion panels (the Vietnamese policy frontier, the stablecoin stack, and RWA infrastructure) with three Lightning Debates designed to surface disagreement on the questions builders are actually arguing about. Three Showcase Batches close the day, organized around what the market needs to ship next: onchain financial infrastructure, consumer apps for emerging markets, and AI-native sovereign tech.

The day closes with the Web3 Builders’ Dinner, a curated gathering that doubles as the Summit’s finale and the official gateway into DAVAS week. Founders who spent the day shaping the Summit’s panels and showcases share the room with the venture partners convening at DAVAS – including Quest Ventures, Do Ventures, Antler, MEXC Ventures, and GenAI Fund. It is the transition point where Web3 builders move from the Summit floor into the broader capital conversation Da Nang has spent years building.

The 2026 speaker roster prioritizes founders and regional leads with proven shipping records across Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and the broader Web3 ecosystem. Headlining the program are Trung Nguyen, Founder and CEO of Sky Mavis; Queenie Le, Regional Expansion Lead APAC at Tether; and Alexis Low, Ecosystem Growth Lead at Lisk. The Summit also welcomes Vo Duc Anh, Deputy Director of DISSC, representing Da Nang’s government innovation infrastructure on stage.
